Wow, what can I say. I have had a terrible month with uptime. I was in Europe for a few weeks and came back to my server restarting randomly. Since I am running this webserver as a virtual PC it wasn’t automatically restarting itself.
Turns out after running some stress tests I was unstable. The heat didn’t seem like it was out of line but I ended up decreasing the overclock from 3.8 to somewhere in the 3.6Ghz range for my E6600. This seems to have solved the issue. Hopefully in the future we’ll be a bit more stable.
Sorry about the ongoing issues.
Edit: There will be a bit more downtime in the next week when I install WordPress 3.0 and install windows updates.
Edit 2: WordPress is updated to version 3.0 and all the current windows updates are applied to my Windows Server 2008 box.

Sorry about the downtime. I am still working out some kinks.
Thanks for the patience.

I have added a self-signed SSL certificate to logging in and admin functions. Other aspects of the site can also be browsed using SSL by adding https to the beginning of the urls.
I will be tweaking this in the future to see how it works out.
Because this is a self-signed certificate you need to accept it for it to work properly. This is nothing to be concerned about.
The steps involved for Firefox are show below. You will only have to do this once.

I have grown tired of my current host not working correctly. In the coming days/weeks I hope to move this site to my own server. I am currently setting it up.
It will be running Windows Server 2008 Standard with IIS7. I just installed the PHP module and am configuring it as we speak.
