Not long ago I contacted the Competition Bureau to submit a complaint regarding Bell Sympatico throttling bittorrent traffic. Specifically the limitations they are placing on 3rd party wholesale DSL distributor’s. The following is their response:
Thank you for the information you have provided concerning Bell Canada (“Bell”). The Competition Bureau (the “Bureau”) has received your complaint that Bell has engaged in the control or “shaping” of traffic of independent Internet Service Providers (“ISPs”) that provide service through wholesale access to Bell’s network. In your complaint, you have alleged that this is an anti-competitive practice on the part of Bell.
I’ve got my hands on an x64 version of AutoCAD 2009 to test out before we get a copy at work. I’ll present my first impressions of this release in this post.
The firs thing I notice is the distinct lack of graphics. Kind of odd for AutoCAD. Normally it has some really nice image of something that has been designed with AutoCAD.
The next thing that occurs is an error…
The solution to the Disk insert error is to copy all the files to your hard-drive and then run the setup from there. This is presumably because of my pirated copy of AutoCAD 2009.
